The Delaware Choral Society is thrilled to announce its 68th Annual Holiday Concert.  “A Merry Holiday Celebration” will be presented on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at 4:00 pm at the Dover Middle School auditorium at 1 Pat Lynn Drive off Walker Road.  This concert is made possible in part by a grant from the Delaware Department of the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.

Under the talented artistic direction of Rocky Tejada, the 85-voice Delaware Choral Society is the largest community chorus in Kent County.  We are an all-inclusive, non-audition choir, welcoming singers, at least 14 years old, from every corner of our community.

“We can’t wait to share this concert with our supporters,” said DCS President, Franklin Garner. “There’s nothing like coming together through music, especially at the holidays”.  What better way to kick off your holiday season than with the energy of a live performance of a festive blend of traditional standards and new favorites from contemporary composers, such as “Sleigh Ride”, “Light the Legend” and “O Holy Night”?

Advance tickets are $10 for students (under-21) and $18 for adults. Advance Sale Tickets are available now at delawarechoralsociety.org/tickets/ or from any DCS member.  Tickets at the door will be $20. Doors open at 3:00, and the show begins at 4:00 pm.  Early arrival is encouraged as seating is limited.  You can further support DCS at this event through a 50/50 raffle, bottled water sales, and holiday cookie boxes filled with homemade delectables.
