Chef Charles Oppman will return to the Greenwood Library for a cooking demonstration based on the keto diet plan.

On Tuesday, September 19th, at 6pm, Chef Charles Oppman will return to the Greenwood Library for a cooking demonstration based on the keto diet plan.
Recipes will be provided for the delicious dishes that Chef Charles demonstrates, as well as a tasting and door prize. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required; to register, visit greenwood.lib.de.us, call 302-855-1242, or drop by the library.
This program is designed to teach patrons valuable cooking skills in a fun and upbeat environment while covering topics such as nutrition, food prep, kitchen safety, cultural foods, and budgeting.
