Make a no-sew blanket to comfort a shelter dog,meet some shelter dogs,read to the L.E.A.P. dogs and support the Caroline County Humane Society with donations.

Join us on Saturday, June 24 from 10:00am-12:00pm for Greenwood Public Library's Animal Shelter Day. The schedule will be as follows:
10:00-11:00am: Meet the shelter dogs on our front patio.
10:30-12:00pm: Make no-sew blankets to donate to animals at the shelter.
11:00-12:00pm: Meet and read to the L.E.A.P. dogs.
Ongoing this summer: The Greenwood Public Library will be a collection site for supplies for the Caroline County Humane Society. Information regarding volunteering at the CCHS will be available.
This program is designed to foster empathy and compassion for animals in need, and to encourage a sense of community as we work together to meet a need.
