A Grief Share Support Group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief.
Through this 13-week group, you'll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what's "normal" in grief.
You'll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability and gain solid support each step of the way.
Each group begins with a 30-minute video of testimonies and helpful advice from grief experts that explore various topics associated with the grief journey. Following the video, conversation happens around the table in a small group atmosphere where participants are able to hear, share and learn from one another.
Coffee, refreshments and the new friendships that develop help make each session warm and welcoming.
