2022 Summer Reading Program

We are excited to announce our 2022 Summer Reading Program, Oceans of Possibilities! The program will run from June 1^st to August 6^th with the final prize drawing for Sussex County prizes being held on August 13^th! To register, simply go to SussexCountyDE.beanstack.org and start logging your reading time! The program consists of three age groups: Children (0-11), Teens (12-17) and Adults (18 ). A virtual badge and 5 raffle tickets will be awarded for every 5 hours of reading time. These raffle tickets can be applied to a range of awesome prizes from Sussex County Beanstack. On top of that, anyone who reads for ten hours may come into the library to receive a raffle ticket to enter for an end-of-program prize from the Greenwood Library. Greenwood Library prizes will be handed out at the end-of-program finale for each age group:  Children on August 2, Teens on August 6, and Adults on August 2. Adults will be automatically entered in a weekly raffle drawing for a book-related prize bag, and readers 0-17 years of age who have completed ten hours of reading will also receive a free book, certificate, and small prize.
