Seafood Delights Cooking Demo with Chef Charles

To celebrate the finale of the Adult Summer Reading Program, on Tuesday, August 2, at 5pm, Chef Charles Oppman will return to the Greenwood Library for a cooking demonstration of Seafood Delights. As usual, recipes will be provided for the delicious dishes that Chef Charles demonstrates; there will also be a tasting and door prize. The final prizes for the reading program will also be given out. The program is free and open to all, including those who did not participate in the Summer Reading Program. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required; to register, visit the library calendar at greenwood.lib.de.us, call 302-855-1242, or drop by the library.
This program is designed to teach patrons valuable cooking skills in a fun and upbeat environment while covering topics such as nutrition, food prep, kitchen safety, cultural foods, and budgeting.
