Queena Mast, a local artist and sometimes poet, will share her love of poetry and will guide participants in the practice of keeping an art/poetry notebook.

On Thursday, May 19th at 1pm, Queena Mast, a local artist and sometimes poet, will share her love of poetry and will guide participants in the practice of keeping an art/poetry notebook. Those who attend will share favorite poems and will receive a blank notebook. Participants will have opportunity and inspiration for appreciating poetry by using these notebooks to choose and combine poetry and images.
In addition, Dr. Anne Colwell, a local poet and University of Delaware professor, will drop by and read a few of her poems. The program is free and open to all 16 and older; registration is required.
