On Tuesday, March 21, at 5pm, Chef Charles Oppman will return to the Greenwood Library for a cooking demonstration. Chef Charles will be demonstrating breakfast dishes. As usual, recipes will be provided for the delicious dishes that Chef Charles demonstrates; there will also be a tasting and door prize. The program is free and open to all. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required; to register, visit the library calendar at greenwood.lib.de.us, call 302-855-1242, or drop by the library.
This program is designed to teach patrons valuable cooking skills in a fun and upbeat environment while covering topics such as nutrition, food prep, kitchen safety, cultural foods, and budgeting.
