Now you, brothers, like Isaac, are children of promise. (Galatians 4:28) ESV
Do not forget HOPE is for the future, and FAITH is for now. Are we walking by faith or by presumption; by faith or by sight; by faith or by how much money we have in the bank?
Serving as a Youth Pastor, I spoke to countless Youth over the years who were suffering from depression, not knowing which way to turn. I always reassured them that Christ has not changed. “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever” (Hebrews 13:8). We need to believe this; if we do then everything else in our lives will change.
We all need to depend on God’s Word and what He says in His Word. “For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished” (Matthew 5:18). The truth of the matter is this; if we want to finish the race, complete the journey, have the victory, be on top and not underneath then we need to be a person of faith. There is no other way. Nothing is impossible with God.
Friends, God can accomplish the humanly impossible in all our lives. As we move into this new month may we take our place as persons of promise? Our birthright as a child of God is to walk in victory no matter what our circumstances are. We are citizens of the Kingdom of God. May we not sell that birthright. Now is the time for us to live by faith; to live in the fullness of all that Jesus Christ accomplished for you and me on Calvary. Would you Pray with me?
Father in Heaven, I bow before You. I thank You for the incredible privilege of being Your child. I lift my hands and open my heart to You today. I ask that You fill me with Your Holy Spirit? Please give me the gift of faith, so that I can be known as a person of faith. Father, I love You. Amen

God Bless and have a Blessed Day, Friends <><
